Diamond Cutting.
Today, most car manufacturers fit diamond cut alloy wheels as standard.
Our alloy wheel diamond cutting refurbishment service, involves us refinishing your alloy wheels on a specialist alloy wheel CNC lathe machine.
The surface layer of the wheel is cut and removed from the wheel, revealing the natural aluminium shine and the lines from the CNC lathe. Then the alloy wheel is protected with a lacquer coat to ensure the finish lasts and your wheels stay looking beautiful.
Diamond cut alloys have a different appearance to the more conventional painted alloy wheel. This is often described as a high shine finish, upon close inspection, that resembles the finish of the back of a CD. Here at hot wheels powder coating we offer a diamond cutting refurbishment service which will get your wheels looking like new again.
